About Dylan Clero:

  I'm currently based in Anguilla, working as a spa desk agent and supervisor, where I've honed my customer service and organizational skills. Having been born in French SXM and grown up between SXM, Anguilla, and Canada, I'm a Canadian citizen. I would be a valuable addition to your team. I have a proven track record of working effectively in diverse teams, and I would be honored if you would consider me for an interview for this position. I started as a Front Desk Agent at Aurora Anguilla resort and golf course, and I did it to improve my customer service and the ability to interact with our VIP guests. I got promoted in six months. I do love the property, but I like to grow my career in a city where I can enjoy work and life. My experience in other countries and cultures has made me adaptable and flexible, which I believe is a key part of personal and professional growth. 

 As a Front Desk Agent/supervisor, I work closely with VIPs daily. I hold a certificate in business administration, and I work in Anguilla as a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager at Sorana Spa. This property is a 5-star resort, golf club, and spa.
