Key achievements:
•Successfully lead the development project of private luxury villas and apartments for sale and a 5* club hotel (45 rooms). Total construction readiness of the development in 2023 is 90% shell & core.
• Since 2021 started operation of 4 villas & 7 seafront hotel rooms, 2 restaurants, baths at SPA, bowling, billiard room, beaches and seafront as per required standards, job supervision and skilled guidance of all staff members and comfort of all guests.
•Made sure that the development projects are completed on time and commercial targets are achieved and exceeded. Effectively managed budgets for other development projects worth 45 million €.
•Built and inspired a high-performing team through careful selection, constant feedback and effective communication; was responsible for a team of 100 professionals.
•Working collaboratively with the constructors’ team and other senior colleagues, designed the concept and directed a project of luxury villas infrastructure for shareholders’ families including a territory of 13 hectares, a unique embankment of 450 m, a helipad, a pier, 2 SPA centers, 4 restaurants, a Japanese garden of 1.2 hectares designed by Shiro Nakane, a Mediterranean garden 0.6 hectares developed according to the project of Jeans Mus & Company, children's thematic zones developed in collaboration with the Europa Park’s constructors.
•Established strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors.
•Created the strongest team of gardeners and landscapers in the region authorized by famous Shiro Nakane to serve his gardens and made a business unit inside the company that started to gain money from other properties.

Business Development Manager April 2019 – October 2020
Key achievements:
•Designed and implemented a business development strategy linking to the overall SBER Corporation’s strategy. Number of employees – up to 70.
•Working collaboratively with colleagues, launched a number of large- and small-scale projects encompassing the restaurant chain «Black Sea» that currently includes 5 restaurants and a home-delivery service; Mriya Architecture & Design Studio; Black Sea Alliance Hotel Management Company; educational project Academy of Hospitality validated by the educational license, Robot-sommelier for the Wine Park, special food-сatering projects, project of the aerial ropeway to the mountains etc.
•Working closely with a diverse team including software developers and web designers, led the development and launch of e-commerce projects such as Nash.Travel (a first regional hotel booking system based on Booking.com technology with most local properties), Plyazhi.ru (a unique travel service with 670 Black Sea beaches of Crimea and South of Russia ranked by 63 parameters), Travel.Market (the concept of travel services booking platform).
• Maximized profitability of the hotel through own business-accelerator with ideas of new services, cost saving, guests satisfaction and unique loyalty experience.
• In collaboration with the Hospitality Industry Union, directed the contracting assistance and handling of the prestigious World Travel Awards Ceremony in Russia and received highly positive feedback from the guests and business partners.
•Oversaw the change process when business switched from task-management to project management system.
 

Mriya Resort & SPA (PJS Company SBERBANK)• Yalta, Ukraine

Director of the Personalized Medicine Clinic January 2018 – March 2019
Key achievements:
• Successfully launched the project of the anti-age and aesthetic luxury clinic that was developed in cooperation with the Swiss brand Bellefontaine and the Moscow «Bellefontaine» clinic. (I headed the project from the construction with 50% readiness and till the final opening).
• As a part of the luxury clinic opened the healthy detox restaurant managed by the Italian Chef with Michelin experience and designed a Japanese garden by Shiro Nakane. • Gained main roles and duties: project start-up leader, team builder, management and operation as per required standards, job supervision of all staff members and comfort of all guests, concepts creation, guidance of development team and staff members as per hospitality standards. Number of employees – 104.
 

Crimea Breeze Residence • Yalta, Ukraine 

A 5* luxury resort hotel on 56 ha of area with the investment cost over 340 million € (PJS Company “GAZPROM”) 
General Manager September 2014 – January 2018
Key achievements:
•Designed and implemented an effective business operations strategy for the resort facility expanding from 49 rooms in 2013 to 111 rooms in 2017. As well strategy achievements’ effected results - the fivefold increase of the gross operating income, double occupancy ratio and net operating profit.
• During the extreme crisis period 2014-2016 in the region crisis management was safely succeeded, making sure that a work environment that is high in employee morale is maintained and excellent customer service is always provided to hotel visitors.
•Together with the leadership, managed and supported a large team of up to 700 employees.
• Gained great experience to serve members of royal families, presidents and UHNWIs. • Additional investment programs achieved budgets over 50 million € annually.

Key achievements: • The hotel became a household name for a luxury holiday in the region and was awarded and marked by The National Geographic, CNTraveller, GQ Travel, Blue Flag and got highest scores and awards from TripAdvisor, Booking.com etc.
•Developed market analysis to identify key opportunities for customer acquisition and strategic partnerships (with famous brands like Rolls-Royce, Gazprom etc.).
• Implemented a loyalty program that effected result – up to 54% of repeating guests.
•Successfully implemented investment programs that brought profit to the hotel business.
