I am a Bilingual international student at memorial university currently going to my third year. I have great organizational, team management and customer relation skills that I have acquired over time in the different fields I have worked in. I am perfectly fluent in both written and spoken French.

I have worked in a variety of sectors which have given me varied skills and exposure. My most recent job working as a roadside assistance agent has helped me understand the importance of having all the appropriate documents for cars, knowing the appropriate things to do when someone might be lost in the middle of no where and needed help, I have also being to greatly improve my customer service skills by exercising patience when people were frustrated  need help. I have worked in thee health care domain as a home care support worker and as a screener in the hospital during the pandemic. This job gave the possibility to have a one on one personal experience with the patients I catered. As a customer sales representative I learned daily banking transactions and essentials such as lines of credit, making mortgage payments etc.

My most relevant education is that I am a third year business student at memorial university currently pursuing a bachelor in Business Administration
