I am a motivated real estate assistant with a comprehensive background in supporting Senior Real Estate Agents and the Broker of Record. 

With 2 and a half years of real estate experience both in sales and operations management, I am proficient in using softwares such as Lone Wolf, MLS, Follow Up Boss (CRM), Canva and G-Suite. 

My excellent communication and organizational skills are proven through my experience in successfully coordinating between different departments and independent contractors working with the brokerage.4

Experience

I have worked at Homelife G1 Realty since January 2021. Below is a list of both my admin and sales responsibilities:

Admin Responsibilities 

  • Effectively liaisons between internal departments (sales, marketing, agents and deals) and external stakeholders (home stagers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, developers and co-operating/listing brokerages) 
  • Process brokerage paperwork including RECO licenses, renewals, desk fees & board memberships 
  • Successfully organizes sales events at multiple venues and builder presentation centres across the GTA 
  • Co-ordinate pre-construction allocations directly with other developers/marketing companies such as Daniels, Spectrum, CentreCourt, Madison Group etc. 
  • Assisted with open house events including set up, registration mapping open house signs, and designing feature sheets/flyers 

Sales Responsibilities 

  • Work with CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss and Instahub 
  • Create and run drip campaigns and digital marketing action plans for multiple projects resulting in high ROI 
  • Promptly and effectively handles client inquiries
