Emily Farnington

I am an aspiring film and photography student and have made several short films both in and out of the classroom. I wrote and directed two short films while attending a travelling film campus in Italy. I have experience with broadcasting and Live-to-tape productions. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and really enjoy all the creative energy on a set. When I'm not working on my film or photography I enjoy playing sports, spending time in nature and watching tv. 

I wrote and directed a couple of films while I was travelling with a film camp in Italy. I've helped out in various positions on different sets. I have experience as a grip, electric, set design, and as an assistant camera. I also have a couple of films I have created in school as part of assignments. 

I am currently attending the University of Guelph Humber in their Media and Communications program, with a specialization in Visual Communication. Through the program, I have been able to create a number of short videos, a couple live-to-tape productions, and I have had classes learning, Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Aftereffects, and other software like Capture One.
