Hi, I'm Eric! I am a creative and curious team-player with a strong passion for learning and problem-solving. As a second year Software Engineering student at the University of Ottawa, I've gained experience with Python and web development, and I'm currently expanding my skills in C and other technologies through various personal projects. I enjoy exploring new tools and approaches to strengthen my technical foundation and I'm eager to gain hands-on experience through different CO-OP opportunities where I can contribute, grow. and continue developing as a software engineer. I look forward to connecting and collaborating with others in the tech community!

Next-generation solutions are of great interest to me, and for this reason I am currently
pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. My first year at uOttawa has centered
on mastering the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming and algorithmic logic. In my
Introduction to Computing courses, I developed a strong proficiency in [Python/Java].
I strongly support your mandate of innovating and through the delivery of high-quality, robust
software.
I have experience working in collaborative project environments, and as such, I am familiar
with the logical challenges and breakthroughs offered by such work. During my university
education, I had the opportunity to remain involved in both learning and implementing new
programming frameworks. I was also able to further develop my problem-solving and
interpersonal skills through my active involvement in hackathons and community coding
groups, as well as my personal projects; and to develop my technical research,
communication, and documentation skills through a variety of computing coursework and lab
projects.
Within my classes, I have had the chance to develop a website, which then led to developing
another for a startup company in my free time.
I am a skilled and competent communicator in both written and spoken English and French.
Furthermore, I am familiar with various IDEs in Linux, Windows and MacOs formats, and enjoy
producing clean, well-commented, and professional source code.
