• Senior Mechanical Engineer specialized in the design, design review, consultancy, supervision, installation and management of mechanical systems including district cooling, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting systems, Medical Gaz, Steam and BMS.
• Great knowledge of design and installation of electrical systems including medium voltage, low current and solar systems in buildings.
• Holder of a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut and master of business administration (MBA) from Leicester University- UK.
• Professional experience includes more than 20 years in the Middle east, Arab Gulf area and Africa plus 5 years in Canada.
• Projects worked on covered multiple industries including commercial, institutional, healthcare, high rise, industrial and residential. Systems served includes those related to airports, hotels, district cooling plants, energy transfer stations, power generation plants, office buildings, universities and residential buildings.
• Having Strong experience in preparation and review of design, calculations, construction and tender plans, project specifications, material submittals and technical reports.
• Great experience in the coordination and preparation of installation drawings, material submittals, supervision/inspection of works on site, and TBA of systems (testing, balancing and adjusting).
• High commitment towards quality, client satisfaction and meeting the deadlines with great openness to coordinating and problem solving.
• Demonstrated adherence to international standards and codes of the profession including ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ASPE, CSA, National and international plumbing codes.
• Computer and software literacy includes MS office, Autocad, REVIT, HAP, ASHRAE Psychrometric Analysis, and ASHRAE duct fitting data base.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic
• With Lebanese and Canadian nationalities.
