I have spent 20 plus years working in the IT industry, specializing in Voice and network support.  Throughout my career, I have successfully executed numerous projects, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. My project management experience encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. 

In my previous role as Service Delivery Lead, I demonstrated my proficiency in driving IT initiatives, implementing robust infrastructure solutions, and managing complex systems. I led the successful deployment of enterprise-wide system upgrades and installs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Through effective communication and stakeholder engagement, I delivered projects on time and within budget, achieving key organizational objectives. 

Furthermore, my technical expertise spans a wide range of IT domains, including Voice and Network architecture and support, Change and Problem management as well as some other system administration.  I have a strong understanding of industry best practices and have tried to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends. This enables me to make informed decisions and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve business outcomes. 

In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent leadership abilities and have a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
