i have worked as an executive assistant for a large engineering firm with my tasks including but not limited to invoicing, creating client files both digitally and in paper form, data entry of all employee time, mileage and expenses, processing client payments, bank deposits, general organization, maintaining vehicle fleet by ensuring all servicing was completed on time and company decals applied, managing all company cellphones and updating plans, typing all forms of dictation sent to me as well as any other tasks requested of me
I also worked as an online insurance agent for AIL.
