I am a motivated University of Toronto, student. I plan to apply my interdisciplinary experience in retail work, cooperation, and customer service, as well as my experience working in an office setting, towards becoming a valuable member of your team.

June 2022 - August 2022

Saint Marks United Church, Whitby - Children Program Assistants 

• Planned games, activities, crafts, and lessons for summer camp
• Decorated the entire building for summer camp
• Responsible for 40+ kids during the day as well as 20+ teen volunteers
• Communicated with parents, church staff, and other camp leaders
• Served snacks and meals 
• Planned Sunday school  lessons created activity packs 
• Cleaned up after camp (washed dishes, sanitized toys etc.)
• Organized many rooms and cupboards around the church building 
• Wrote reports, emails, thank you letters  and co-edited church newsletter
• Worked reception (fielded calls and emails)

Village Bake Shop, Whitby - Cashier/Customer Service

• Maintained a sanitary and safe environment (washing dishes, cleaning deli slicers, showcases, floors, and counters)
• Handled equipment efficiently and safely (meat and cheese slicers, knives, and hot pans and ovens)
• Sold grocery items, baked goods, and cold cuts, made and served coffee and tea and made and served sandwiches 
• Resolved customer conflicts and prepared food and drinks simultaneously using multitasking skills

• Served hundreds of customers per shift - Customer service, Socializing with regulars and new customers
