Esha Dhanota

My name is Esha Dhanota and I'm a business administration student majoring in management. 

Through my job and volunteer experiences, I have obtained a variety of skill sets that could contribute greatly to this role. I have organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills that were developed through my volunteer experience at school. Furthermore, I have learnt how to use different computer software like Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel through my position as a Junior Administrator at Azimuth Three Entreprises.

Throughout my studies, I have gained a great amount of knowledge regarding my major through theory and practical courses. Going through the responsibilities and requirements, this role resonates with me since I have practical knowledge of administrative and communicative duties and managing events through the experiences I have. In this role, I have the potential to serve as an asset considering that I am majoring in management and obtained practical experience that would be useful in the role. Through my practical courses, Event Management I and II, I had to organize an event and work with outside shareholders to help execute the event. When an event was executed in the art gallery, I offered to volunteer and support it. It has allowed me to enhance my skills and apply them to real-world situations that could broaden my experience.
