  • Data entry of analysis results in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and finally in the company’s database.

  • Performing accurate computer data input and record keeping; implement an electronic filing system to improve document flow and management. 
  • Preparing and participating in all meetings with the project team, and consultants; taking detailed minutes of meetings and distributes in a timely manner. 
  • Organizing appointments with customers and sub-contractors by sending emails, letters and faxes; have discretion in keeping confidential information. 
  • Managing safety supplies and office stationery (inventory) by restocking supplies and creating purchase orders (PO’s) to maintain adequate stock levels.  
  • Handling packages and couriers, binding of documents, and handout packages. 
  • Working with the company’s incoming correspondence and performing proofreading of documentation.  

 

Analytical Skills  

  • Providing quality assurance checks. Monitoring project plans and project schedules. 
  • Arranging maintenance and repair of office equipment with dealers, this assists against an abrupt stop of projects, coordinating deficiencies in a timely manner.
