Having pursued a bachelor’s degree in accounting has equipped me with a diverse set of competences that are invaluable for excelling in the field. Indeed, it has provided me with a strong comprehensive of accounting principles, financial reporting, a strong sense of attention to detail and trained me to approach problems analytically and devise practical solutions.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am proud of my outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in both English and French. These skills have enabled me to proficiently communicate intricate financial concepts with clarity and conciseness, fostering direct and effective interactions with colleagues, clients, and international stakeholders.

With valuable hands-on experience gained while working for a property management company in Montreal, I am confident that my prior background closely aligns with the requirements of this role. During my tenure as a junior accountant at Mandevco Properties, I not only excelled in my core responsibilities but also played a vital role in close collaboration with the Head of Finance. Working alongside the Finance Vice President at Mandevco Properties has been a transformative experience that has enriched my understanding of the fundamental financial and accounting principles and contributed significantly to my professional growth. I have developed strong analytical skills, learned to interpret financial statements, and gained insights into financial decision-making at the corporate level. With my interpersonal capabilities, I can effectively partner with stakeholders at different levels of authority, both within the team and across various departments, enabling me to build strong partnerships that drive collaboration and success within the organization.

Furthermore, my problem-solving abilities and critical mindset coupled with a proactive approach, have equipped me to propose and to conduct a comprehensive review of internal controls.
