Successfully executed national-wide service router OS upgrade (166 Nokia 7750) in 8 months from FOA until last site. Coordinating multiple stakeholders from across organization, keeping dynamic schedule due to customer’s schedule request change, internal conflicts, and resource constraints.

Completed Flamingo Project to deploy redundant NNI to 22 carriers and migrate active 1440 services from linear NNI to the new redundant NNI. Multiple coordination with Engineering, RB, ENO, TIS, carrier relationship, contractors, and carriers to coordinate migration plan.

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with cross-departmental team members (Engineering, NetOps, EE, NI, IP Core team, Finance team) and key project stakeholders (directors, senior managers). Coordinate with vendors to secure equipment and services delivery dates.

Set targets, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress to the team according to RCI process, influence the team to achieve project objectives. Assess project risks or opportunities and propose action plan to the management. Follow procedures to escalate issues as necessarily.

Through Oracle monitor project spending and its schedule on equipment, external contractors, and internal OTL costs throughout project life cycle. Going extra mile to perform uncovered tasks deemed necessary to get the project completed.

Manage monthly up to 4 installation crew for Bell’s E2E 5G wireless network modernization project including site preparation, equipment swap, and N78 equipment using Nokia AirScale BBU and RRU.

Conduct Technical Site Survey and read the CIP engineering blueprint drawing so that the project, material (COF/steel/consumables), and resource plan can be generated to complete the CIP SoW.

Plan, execute, monitor with control, and close the project aspects, including material, resources, scheduling, and budgeting. Immediately respond on CR to avoid scope creep. Uses predermined cost and scope, use them as the baseline throughout the project phase until Closeout Package completed.

Effectively present project status to client, management, and all stakeholders. Effectively use SmartPort on submitting bid and closeout package. Maintain good relationship with client at all levels, obtain CR approval from them so that the budget can be secured.
