Managing the logistic for the events as the leader during 2017 and 2018 period, my responsibility was to participate in planning meetings with stakeholders of each event; after budget, timing and expectation was approved I had to perform the following activities

Negotiation with exhibitors from all around Mexico in terms of costs.
