Fardou Bakker

Hi there!

Born and raised in the Netherlands but I moved to Canada in 2018 to be with (almost) husband. 
I have a 4 year degree in film and video editing and I studied commercial economics / marketing as well. 
My partner and I traveled the world and that's how I started my travelblog in 2015. I have been doing social media and blogging ever since. While managing a cafe on the side once we came back to Canada. 

My skills are broad. I am a very social person and I know how to manage a store, bake and barista. 
I am fluent in both English and Dutch. I can work with the Adobe Creative suite, Adobe premier, Final Cut Pro, Canva.  I have lots of experience in (travel) writing in both English and Dutch, I build a blog using WordPress, I have been a social media influencer since 2018 so I also have experience in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok on both sides of to collaborations. I am a total self starter and very motivated! 

I have owned a Dutch travelblog since 2015. I build a Wordpress website from scratch and been using social media building a following of over 10k. I have a lot of experience in TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. 

I have also done the social media for Covert since 2018
