Work Experiences 2022-2023  & 2009-2022  

Behsazan Mellat Co, Tehran, Iran Principle Designer & Business Analyst , Senior Business Analyst & Designer and  Business Analyst & Designer    Successfully led a cross-functional team in analyzing and developing internet and mobile banking products for Mellat Bank, which is one of Iran’s largest banks and most well-known online banking systems, resulting in a 5% reduction in lead times.   Designed and Implemented various Mellat Bank services, such as non-attendance cheque services, online appointments for bank customers and non-attendance authentication of customers using electronic signatures increasing online banking customers by about 20% and improving overall customer satisfaction by about 40%. 

  Led a cross-functional team in implementing non-attendance facilities which redesigned the architecture of internet banking of Mellat bank. It increased efficiency by 30% and reduced going in person to the branches about 20%.  Identified and implemented One Time Password (OTP) for internet banking and mobile banking boosting the bank's competitiveness and elevating its position by 2 steps.   Managed internal teams, ensuring successful product development and testing.   Investigated and resolved complex customer complaints, often redesigning services to meet specific requirements.

Business Analyst & Software Designer    Collaborated with Saman Insurance Company to define and design insurance-related products and services using RUP Methodology.  Conducted client meetings, gathered requirements, and designed solutions.   Developed test scenarios and provided test cases  
2004-2008 Consortium of Information and Communication Technology (KAFA), Tehran, Iran Business Analyst & Software Designer      Designed ceremony systems for the Foreign Ministry of Iran, utilizing ERP solutions and object-oriented approaches.  Enhanced performance by about 40% through suitable data modeling.   Created requirements analysis documentation and translated it for technical team using Rational rose diagrams and facilities.  Developed test case scenarios and plans and conducted testing. 

2000-2004 Iran Telecommunication Research Center, Tehran, Iran   

  Researcher, Business Analyst & Designer  Collaborated on various projects, including the Virtual Branch for Mellat Bank and Customer Care & Billing systems.  Assessed and compared of the Telecom Operation Maps (TOM and eTOM), their Quality of Service (QoS), and worked with Telexis Software company of Netherlands on analysis and design fulfillment processes.  Conducted E-commerce research.
