Francis Akoji

I am an internationally trained lawyer offering over 7 years of legal practice with attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in contracts. 

My experience cuts across diverse aspects of corporate commercial contracts such as Oil and Gas, real estate, and developing business modules while also assisting start-ups. I am experienced in litigation, alternative dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring.

I am a graduate of law and among the top 1% of the class graduating with a second-class upper division.  I also attained the same fit in the Nigerian Law School where I came top 3.8 % of the classes. I have also been a part of different continuing legal education courses of the Nigerian Bar Association in diverse aspects of corporate commercial law.
