My responsibilities as a Cybersecurity Analyst include:

• Identifying security issues and risks and providing recommendations for mitigation plans.
• Governing the deployment of data security controls that mitigate and reduce the loss and exposure of banks' informational assets.
• Conducting security control evaluation assessments, identify gaps, risks and milestones and work with various teams to recommend possible solutions and mitigation controls.
• Conducting Data Loss Protection Assessments as part of TRAs (Threat Risk Assessments) on various new initiatives/Projects, interpreting architecture design documents, highlighting risks, and working with respective business lines to develop mitigating action plans.
• Recommending strategic security solutions and security control improvements to enhance the identification of data security events.
