Fastenal (March 2017 - Present)
Position - Branch Operations Manager
Duties Included:
* Overseeing all aspects of production, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and receiving
* Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
* Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
* Supported the outside sales team in terms of customer needs to generate future business prospect
* Oversaw a team of 5 employees and managed daily operations for Milton Location.

Duties included:
