Gabby Fiedorowicz

Versed in all FOH positions including; bartending, serving, bottle service, supervisor and manager. i’ve been working in the service industry for 6+ years now and am always looking for a new challenge. I thrive in high volume and fast paced environments and like to give a fun experience while still maintaining professionalism. I have extensive liquor knowledge aswell as food paring knowledge and have worked in steakhouses, bars and clubs all over the GTA!

In the 6+ years that I’ve been working as a bartender/ server/ bottle girl I’ve encountered all types of environments and events and work well with others.  I‘m currently at cagneys steakhouse which has been rewarded one of the best steakhouses in Mississauga and is a high-end restaurant. I see about 150-200 patrons a night and still provide exceptional service.

Most relevant education would be my undergraduate of specialized honours kinesiology at york university. Aswell as doing neuroscience research as my undergrad research with my professor.
