  • Prepare Business Case, Business Process Modeling (BPML & UML): Requirements gathering and development (MS Teams, Zoom, etc), Process Mapping (Scoping, Planning, ‘AS-IS’ and ‘TO-BE’ states), Documentation (using MS Visio); Project Gating
  • Managed teams in Waterfalls and Agile environments, participating in Agile ceremonies - daily stand-up meetings, reviews, Led the daily stand-up, with various technology teams
  • Negotiate with team members; Resolve issues & conflicts; Remove barriers/impediments to work; work with HR reps
  • Integrate all plans into collective PPOE (Project Plan of Execution) including budget, resources (equipment & staffing)
  • Perform process validation, re-engineering and sign-off; Organizational Change Management - sensitizing, engagement, buy-in, Standard Operating Procedures (documentation), Implementation
  • Direct the work of project team members, consultants and contractors; Review and analyze new technologies and best practices for utilization in existing or future service requirements
