• Prepare materials and assist in the formation of special purposes vehicles, including the formation of limited partnerships and incorporation of companies that serve as initial limited partners and general partners of the limited partnerships 
• Coordinate the transfer of limited partnership units between investor accounts, including the cancellation of outstanding unit certificates, the issuance of new unit certificates, updating all registries, and drafting consents and approvals
