I have more than 11 years of experience as a professional chef. I have worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC, worked at Lavelle as a line cook, and Constantine as a sous chef, I opened Byblos uptown and ran the operation for 3 years, and also opened the Toronto beach clubTorontotween that time, i cooked for an UHNW family and after working at the Toronto Beach Club I started being a Private Chef
