• Involved in Stakeholder analysis to understand the various stakeholder groups, stakeholder roles, stakeholders’ authority level, stakeholder requirements, how to satisfy their needs.

• Collaborating and communicating with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to external stakeholders researching, interpreting and analyzing information from a variety of sources and clearly communicating researched information to external stakeholders.

• Performed stakeholder analysis to identify impacted and influencing stakeholders and SMEs. 

• Liaised with IT Business Partners, Product Owner, Project Manager, Validation Lead, Testers, Developer, IT Solution Architect and external vendors to proffer solution to business needs. 

• Acted as squad lead to facilitate requirements gathering sessions such as interviews, workshops and JAD sessions, and identify knowledgeable stakeholders to drive requirements elicitation. 

• Analyzed and model the end-to-end current state business process (as is), perform gap analysis, document and model the future state (TO BE) process, and recommend technology solution options. 

• Created Business Case, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, User Requirement Specification (URS), Functional Design Document containing mock-ups, wireframes, process models, business rules, use cases etc. for developers to build codes and data base tables for the system.
