I’m someone who’s all about growth — whether it’s in the gym, at work, or in life. I’ve worked my way up through leadership roles in fast-paced environments and now I’m focused on helping people improve their health and confidence. I love making genuine connections, getting out of my comfort zone, and I’m always down for a good laugh (or a deep convo if the vibe’s right).

I started my career in fast-paced customer service environments, where I quickly earned leadership roles for my reliability and drive. At just 16, I was promoted to Kitchen Lead at McDonald’s, where I learned how to manage a team, stay calm under pressure, and keep operations running smoothly. By 18, I took on a Supervisor role at Dairy Queen, leading shifts, training staff, and handling customer concerns with confidence.These early leadership experiences taught me the value of communication, consistency, and resilience — qualities I now bring into my work in Fitness and Health Promotion. I’m passionate about helping everyday people transform their health and confidence through sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to build a lasting impact by educating and empowering others to take control of their wellness.
