I am diligent and have the ability to work under pressure, both within teams and individually. While working as a teacher and department coordinator at our school, I had the opportunity to display my leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. I was bestowed upon the responsibility to assist the Head of the Department of Science to ensure all lesson plans of the teachers were recorded properly and approved on a regular basis. As a result, I was able to support the teaching staff in managing their lesson plans and correction-loads which were avenues for me to demonstrate my problem-solving and coordinating abilities. 

In addition to working as a teacher and department coordinator, I also worked as a research analyst for a US-based real-estate company. I conducted in-depth research on the market for each property and provided analytical estimates of their prices to be put up in the market. I am proficient in operating with Excel, preparing financial data from various parameters, and analyzing statistical reports. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management at Selkirk College which provides applicable and comprehensive knowledge of organizational and administrating skills.

I've previous experience as a Research Analyst at a Broker Price Opinion Company called Ecesis. I also worked as Digital Media Assistant at Doukhobor Discovery Centre, Castlegar BC. In both of my previous experiences, I delivered excellent customer service and was able to build and maintain good customer relations. I also worked in a team-based work environment while I was the research analyst, where I developed proficiency in meeting daily target-based goals. I completed my training in a minimum amount of time since I was able to grasp and learn major organizational and job-related duties fast. 

I am a B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering as well as possess an MBA with a dual specialization in HR and Finance. I am currently in the last semester of Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management at Selkirk College with a GPA of 3.75 as of present and will be graduating at the end of this April (2023).
