I am looking for a position that I can work remotely from home. I love what I do and take much pride in my work. I have many, many years of experience as an administrative assistant and would love the opportunity to help make someone's life a little easier by taking some responsibilities off of their plate so that they have more time to enjoy the things they love to do.
Experience
- Responsible for daily administrative support to various service lines, project managers, operations managers and the Executive Vice President of the Region, represented in the office.
- Reception/customer service relief
- Ensure client deliverables are accurately formatted, and that quality control forms are completed.
- Synchronize time assembly and delivery of reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of assessments, and inspection of reports and proposals.
- Invoicing and billing for the office.
- Enter and update reports in Pinchin’s project software.
- Assist staff with project coordination and scheduling.
- Manage reception desk, including directing calls, ordering supplies, and stocking kitchen inventory.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, including interoffice couriers.
- Coordinate new employee documentation prior to orientation, in collaboration with Head Office, and People and Culture.
- Greet and monitor the comings and goings of all employees and visitors.
- Assist with the coordination of meeting requirements (lunches, various preparations, etc.) including the compilation and distribution of minutes (as required).
- Maintain a clean, organized desk, along with a well-stocked kitchen, and supply room.
- Act as a corporate liaison, supporting various company-wide initiatives.
- Present a positive image of the company, internally and externally.
I worked for Pinchin Ltd. for almost 15 years.
Education
My last academic diploma in relation to my experience is Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology and it was in the field of Legal Administration.
