Experienced and values-driven professional with 15+ years of leadership in logistics, industrial operations, and sustainability.
I began my career in the military and as an entrepreneur, building strong operational execution and adaptability. I then led supply chain projects in a global metallurgical company, enhancing both process efficiency and stakeholder collaboration. Over time, I shifted my focus toward reducing environmental footprints and driving waste valorization initiatives.

Actively engaged in Montréal’s sustainable finance ecosystem, I’ve served as a juror and guest at ESG-related events hosted by Finance Montréal. Currently completing a certificate in Sustainable Transition Management at HEC Montréal (June 2025), I’m eager to help organizations transform their value chains by aligning operational excellence with environmental and economic performance.

1. Sermeta – Global leader in the manufacturing of condensing heat exchangers for boilers
Morlaix, France (Brittany) | July 2021 - December 2023. Project Manager – Supply Chain & Sustainable Logistics

-Led the full review of product classification and associated supply chain strategies across departments (sales, procurement, production, finance), with the goal of improving forecasting, reducing inventory costs, and optimizing operations.

-Managed the assessment of the environmental footprint of the company’s supply chain (materials, CO₂ emissions, waste, transportation), and developed strategies to reduce emissions, including low-carbon modal shifts and sustainable packaging.

-Oversaw the improvement of waste sorting and collection processes at the industrial site (3,000 tons/year), implemented standardized signage, and designed an optimized system to recover and resell 2700 tons/year of metal residues.

2. French Army | March 2009 - February 2020
-Logistics Manager – Strategic Stock Operations, Gao, Africa, January 2019 - June 2019  : Oversaw a €250M central logistics stock for French military forces deployed abroad, coordinated supply chains across continents, and managed a team of 16 logistics personnel and technicians.

-Supply Management Officer | March 2015 - February 2020 : Led and managed a team of 6 staff members. Designed and implemented inventory and procurement procedures. Oversaw the organization and operations of a storage and warehousing site. Managed continuous improvement initiatives across supply processes.

3. Chill&Ride Wakepark – Wakeboarding & water sports club
-Co-Founder & General Manager, January 2016 - December 2020 : Defined strategic and financial orientation, led administrative and HR operations, coordinated a team of 5, and organized sports and community events. Managed procurement, budgeting, and communications (social media and local outreach).
