I’m a Paralegal licensed with the LSO. I provide services in corporate law including but not limited to leasing, licensing, contracts, etc.

Paralegal Licensee – Obtained P1 Licence and in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Knowledge in areas of law including knowledge of legal protocols and confidentiality of information

Knowledge in several areas of law including, but not limited to, ethics, legal research and writing, civil litigation, torts, employment law, contract law and tribunals

Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work – Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish.

Documenting, Proofreading and Recording Information – Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form

Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge – Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to my job

Draft and update Franchise disclosure documents including Franchise Agreements, Statements of Material Change and Amending Agreements

Update internal policies and procedures as they pertain to legislation

Review and revise lease agreements, offers to lease, letters of intent, offers to purchase.

Investigate internal issues including but not limited to human rights concerns.

Attend mediation and discoveries.

Apply for permits and licences as they pertain to building and the ongoing operation of restaurants including but not limited to liquor licences, building permits, business licences, Special Occasions Permits.

Currently enrolled in Real Estate at Humber College.
