Breadth of work includes project scope, planning, monitoring and scheduling, procurement management, quality control, cost estimating and budgeting, forecasting , ensuring that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule, oversee subcontractor selection, negotiating contract terms and deliverables, reviewing project progress with project teams, coaching and directing the working team throughout the project, performance management, investigating site problems and implementing corrective actions and resolve any issues or disputes during the project executed time
