Moreover, I am experienced in managing project closure activities, including financial aspects, and I ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and secure customer acceptance.
3. I have been responsible for successfully delivering business driven, technical, system stability and other changes for various finance functions. Also, maintain book of work in the most prioritized manner basis business value. Assess, measure and present production service KPIs in monthly Op-Co meetings chaired by Department head, status report on change progress and other strategic initiatives in the regular finance working group forums.
4. As an IT Service Manager/Technology lead and service specialist, I have successfully led cross functional, cross location teams whilst delivering for global customers over the years. Proficient in leveraging Service Now, JIRA and other ITSM, Remedy and ALM tools. Adept at providing business insights and direction to project team and managing client relationship.
5. Responsible for resource management, budgeting, forecasting, cost management and keeping a check on these aspects whilst following associated governance and working with PMO function. I possess superior communication, relationship building, planning and supervisory skills proven to be very effective in stakeholder management.
