• On site installations and service work for CATV, Digital, Internet and Home Phone services on behalf of the Company’s Cable Communications Business Partner and ensures all the work is completed to standards.
• Assess work assignments (Installations and Service) provided by the dispatch, and maintain communication with Dispatcher and supervisor in regards to the solution provided.
• Install and test telecommunication equipment such as internet modems, phone modems, high definition and standard TV boxes, decoders, signal amplifiers and splitters etc.
• Diagnose and/or correct all technical problems (Basic, Hi-Speed Internet, DTV and Home Phone) to the satisfaction of the customer and in accordance with company specifications at subscriber's premises.
• Install Cable Television services and products in accordance with established Installation Standards.
• Complete Company documentation pertaining to calls in accordance with the department processes and standards.
• Complete all service change requests in a timely professional manner.
• Fiber optic installations.
• Complete all assigned projects within established time parameters and standards.
