College was coming up for Enterprise Content/ Document Management program & wanted to Train\Prepare student on SharePoint 2019, Office 365, Azure & Project online. 

My role is to create a training program to explain basic concepts of Azure, Teams, SharePoint 2019 & Online (Microsoft 365).

• Summarize & Demonstrate SharePoint as collaboration tool in controlled access environment for sites.
• Use Microsoft Office Integration, Perform SharePoint Navigation and Customization.
• Explain the basic understanding of site structure, web and application parts.
• Demo & explain SharePoint list and libraries & Make use of versioning.
• Explain search SharePoint sites & how to configure search behavior.
• Clearly show how to utilize “My Site” & “OneDrive for Business".
• Demonstrate ability to creating sites and content & manage sites. 
• Showcase managing users and permissions on site/sub-site & folder level.
• Explain how to create and use wikis, blogs and community sites and libraries.
• Train in utilizing Business Intelligence features like Flow, Workflows and Work Tasks
• Apply knowledge on how to create & manage project Online & Demonstrate how to automate business processes.
• Demo how to Build and publish dashboards, explain how to build visualizations by using “Power View” & Power BI.
• Explain SharePoint Collaboration with Office Programs & Identify how to edit and share documents in MS Office & Online.
• Show Content Management and Monitoring, by outlining how to manage documents. Demonstrate how to work with document IDs and sets.

Worked with Natural Resources Canada to provide consultation to aid them in their Microsoft 365 & Azure Migration project.

•            Office 365 exchange online, infra-architecture and email transformation initiatives. On-Prem to Azure Cloud.

•            User migration to Exchange Online, Power Apps/Automate, MS Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint Online 

•            Identify impact of M365 changes on processes and communicates them to stakeholders and users.

•            Develops and documents processes to fill gaps between services lines.

•            Works closely coordinating with SMEs to complete S&A reviews.
