About Haydee Oord:

I manage complex, high-value procurement and contract management initiatives supporting BC’s post-flood recovery, with a focus on debris management and infrastructure resilience.

My work integrates strategic sourcing, ESG principles, and innovative problem-solving to ensure every contract supports sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance.

Previously, I trained cross-functional teams across Natural Resource ministries on the Ivalua procurement platform, aligning technology with policy to streamline processes and improve compliance.

My goal: to make public procurement transparent, efficient, and accessible—building a stronger, more sustainable province.
