I’m a research, evaluation and stakeholder engagement professional with over two decades of experience helping government, academic, and community partners make decisions grounded in evidence. Throughout my career, I’ve led major evaluations, consultations, and stakeholder engagement strategies on issues that matter to Canadians—from public finance to health, community safety, and social policy.

What I’m most proud of is my ability to connect people, data, and ideas. Whether I’m briefing senior decision-makers, collaborating with community organizations, or making complex findings clear and actionable, I strive to build trust and deliver insights that create real impact.

Experience

 19 years experience designing, conducting and drafting research projects using mixed methods and quantitative and qualitative data to provide evidence and recommendations to senior management
 Over 10 years experience in performance measurement and program evaluation applying advanced methodologies and standards provided by the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada
 10 years experience in creating and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
 Significant experience synthesizing and analysing data from large socio-economic databases
 Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.  
 Excellent logic, analytical and modeling skills
 Team player with demonstrated leadership qualities attained over 12 year of leading teams
 Secret security status and CBB language profile
