I have gained diverse customer service and communication experience through various roles across different companies.

At Competent Synergies in Mohali, India (July 2021 – August 2022), I worked as a Customer Care Executive, where I was responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring timely issue resolution, delivering high-quality service to clients.

From 2022 to 2024, I worked part-time as an Uber driver in India, where I honed my time management skills while providing safe and efficient transportation, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving high ratings for my performance.

In my most recent position at Teleperformance in Mohali (March 2024 – July 2024), I took on a dual role as a customer care executive and salesperson, handling customer queries and promoting products. This position enhanced my problem-solving abilities and communication skills, while also expanding my experience in sales and customer interaction.

These roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and time management, along with the ability to adapt to different work environments and responsibilities.

I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management at Fanshawe College in London, ON (2024–2026). Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor of Commerce at Panjab University in Chandigarh, India (2020–2023). In addition, I earned an Office Administration Certificate from RCED, Chandigarh in 2021, which further strengthened my administrative and organizational skills. This educational background provides me with a solid foundation in business management, commerce, and office administration.
