I am a Senior Civil Engineer/Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor & Masters Degree in the aforementioned desciplins. I have designed and supervised the construction of many infrastructural facilities in Canada. Responsible for project managing multiple Site Development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, cost control & estimating, design calculations, code searches and construction teams. 

I was involved as a Consultant with the City of Toronto, Planning and implimenting capital projects as part of the 20-year Capital program and for providing project management services to conduct project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control of a portfolio of land development projects for environmental assessments and for the design & construction of storm sewers, watermains and sanitary sewers.

As a Senior Estimator and a Professional Engineer(P.Eng.) and Quantity Surveyor (RICS; PQS & Gold Seal Certification over 28 years of continuous work experience in Civil/Building/Construction field including design, procurement, costing and contract administration.

Project costing expertise-Involved in project costing concepts like:earned value; cost-benefit analysis; total cost of ownership; return on investment and other techniques.

Developed ability to select and use proper project financial techniques to monitor and report on project progress or to develop project proposals.

Experience preparing full and accurate take-offs along with reviewing and analyzing bid packages from consultants & subcontractors. Experience in bid preparation and tendering for construction projects

Proven project management skills, with expert knowledge and ability to implement eatablished project management methodologies for complex, multi stakeholder projects, thereby ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities occur.

Experience in calculating quantity & cost estimates by performing take-offs, quantifying materials, equipment and labr costs. 

As a Civil/Building Engineer, Construction/Project Manager & Cost consultant to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing; Member of the Ontario Building Code Commission(BCC) & Building Materials & Evaluation Commission(BMEC) for 6years.

I was a College Professor at various Institutions in Ontario including Humber & Seneca College & Ryason University teaching Estimating; Blue-print Reading; Construction/Contract Law, etc.

I was the Education Administration for the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (CIQS) for over 10 years.
