About Hiren Kumar Goil:

Over 10 years of experience working in various roles in software development and as a Scrum Master for the last 5 years, my technical background has enabled me to guide cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time with focus on Product goal. My experience working with teams distributed both locally and globally has honed my ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and develop solutions that meet the needs of diverse teams.

Experience

Over 10 yeas experience working in IT and Software development with cross functional and globally distributed teams. With around 5 years working as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment for Banking application.

I have proven knowledge in implementing Agile Methodologies and hands on Technical development background which allows me to manage stakeholder communication effectively and additionaly helps in coaching ang guiding team in removing any impediments and blockers in delivery.

Masters in Computer application, Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Certification: Certified Scrum master
