• Collected the daily sale record and the sale record from the history combined with the external impact (weather, event outside, construction) to make the sale predict (less than 10% difference) sale for each store to make the schedule.
• Hired and trained over 70 new employees for multiple stores in the Toronto and Ottawa region. 
• Managed the food cost under 20 percent and the labour under 25 percent to help the business get in the top 5 stores and make the most profit in the whole Ontario region.
