  • Over 18 years of experience in Quality Assurance and support of business applications in Cloud, Mobile, Web Services, RESTAPI, Web, Client/Server and Mainframe environments.
  • Extensive experience in both Manual and Automated testing.
  • Extensive experience in Credit Card, Mortgage, Line of Credit (PLOC, HELOC), Insurance and TSYS Applications.
  • Expertise in QA Costing/Sizing, Test Strategy, Test Plan, UAT Plan, Test Cases, Data Preparation, Test Execution, Test Documentation, Defect Tracking and Traceability Matrix preparation. 
  • Excellent performance in Functional, System Integration, End to End, Interface, Regression, Conversion, Migration, Compliance, User/Business Acceptance (UAT/BAT), Load, Performance and SOX testing.
  • Experience working on data intensive projects in the Banking,Transit and Insurance domains.
  • Active role in Requirements review, Test Strategy/Plan/Case document reviews.
  • Expertise in QA Methodologies, Quality Assurance Life Cycle, Defect Management Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI methodologies.
  • Strong testing Quality Assurance experience within Agile environment.
  • Experience in Mobile and Web services Automation using ParaSoft SOA Test tool.
  • Created Test Cases using HP ALM and logged defects in JIRA.
  • Experience in testing warehouse in ETL environment with skills to build and execute complex queries for data mining and conditioning using SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and presentation skills with ability to co-ordinate activities in a fast paced team environment.
  • Strong Team player, Ability to work productively and effectively in a team as well as individually.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Earned reputation for meeting demanding deadlines and delivering critical solutions on various levels of Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with CA TDM tool, Bit Bucket, Jenkins and familiarity with Delphix.
