I have over 20 years of professional experience spanning customer service, IT support, and operations management. I began my career in Silicon Valley, contributing to eBay's growth, and have since developed expertise in customer relations, team leadership, and technical problem-solving. My background includes working for major airlines and technology companies, where I honed my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to manage high-pressure situations. I bring a customer-focused mindset, technical proficiency, and a collaborative approach to every role.
Education
I hold a culinary background from Vancouver Community College, which equipped me with discipline, creativity, and organizational skills. This education complements my extensive professional experience, as it taught me the value of precision, multitasking, and delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments.
