As a mechanical and computer engineering student at the University of Ottawa, I am looking for a co-op internship in IT-Support.

With acquired working experience from different IT poitions handling different softwares and computer systems, and operating systems developped an excellent diagnostic skills and great professional communication skills.

I am well-versed in responding to queries, resolving computer hardware and software problems and implementing effective solutions.

Currently, as University of Ottawa IT Support Specialist, I provide comprehensive technical support to over 2000 users including professors with high privacy and security levels and student with different computer configurations on a daily basis, including troubleshooting and resolving IT and application related issues. in order to maintain optimal service efficiency.
