2019 Senior Advisor to MoD in Tactical Communications

Ministry of Defense - Currently.
Created SAR (Situation Analysis and Reporting) Unit at MoD.
Established a direct communication mechanism between the outposts and Minister of Defense / Chief of Army Staff.

2017 Founder

SPEENSOFT - 2017.
Developed ZOOTZOOT, an app for on-demand delivery of food and grocery in Kabul.
Developed an ERP system for the government of Afghanistan.
Developed a task management system that has been endorsed by the cabinet of Afghanistan and is being used in more than 20 government agencies.

2014 Director of ICT and e-Governance

Administrative Office of the President - 2014 till 2016.
Led a team of 60 employees.
Transformed the entire ICT infrastructure of the presidential palace, introducing bank-grade security equipment and design.
Developed HRMIS, e-attendance, e-Correspondence Management System, e-Petitions System and various other departmental data systems.

Projects:

Developed/founded ZOOTZOOT - Food and grocery deliveries app in Afghanistan. Available in AppStores.
React Native: iOS/Android apps + app for delivery agents and vendors app.
Flutter: The new v2 is being developed in Flutter/Dart and utilizing Firebase for auth, notifications and realtime database.
SvelteJS: Orders management portal.

RiV Monitoring (url: riv-monitoring dot vercel dot app)- Analytics platform to monitor violence by Taliban. (SvelteJS) Created software projects for the Government of Afghanistan. Used by most of gov ministries.
