I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Toronto, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management obtained from the University of Linköping in Sweden, as well as a Midwifery degree from Ryerson University.

I have worked as a project coordinator, policy and statistical consultant with various companies, including Ryerson University to analyse the data, coordinate and facilitate the research projects and present the results to various stakeholders. I am proficient in Microsoft applications, Visio, Trello, Smartsheet, Jira, Sharepoint, SPSS, MS-Access, SQL, Visual Basic, Survey Monkey, and Redcap. I have completed my training as a midwife and I am actively leading research projects, from proposal formulation, to developing timelines, budgets, securing funding to the direct implementation.

In my position with OPS IT Source I was a project coordinator responsible for developing program schedules and optimizing project deliverables timelines. I was also responsible for employee surveying, compilation of results and presenting the findings in my role of project analyst with PMO. The results  were implemented in the unit’s policy development and delivery.                

As a Project Management Intern with the Ministry of Education, I was responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking and managing the Student Voice program scope, scheduling and cost in MS Project and Visio. Under my recommendation, the manual application and review process has been changed to an automated system which focuses on value-adding processes. I facilitated a joint partnership between cross-functional ministry teams to determine the optimal system design.

My international experience with Locanis AG, Germany in the role of Project Management Consultant has allowed me to apply industrial engineering principles and methodologies to make revolutionary and evolutionary changes within the company. I coordinated the overall automation project implementation processes at the customer warehouse sites.
