I have worked in many roles in the past where I would need to service and interact with customers and clients to meet their needs and solve their problems. I am very organized and analytical, and can find my client's root of the problem and help them solve it with the most efficient way possible. I also have sales experience as well as experience working well with a team through my previous work at Motor One which is a car dealership. I also have experience with basic banking needs like depositing a cheque, withdrawals, wire transfers, creating bank drafts, certifying a cheque, etc. 

I graduated at The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree Majoring in Psychology and Minoring in Commerce. Both my major and minor are very relevant for this job because with the information and tips I learned from psychology I am able to solve many situations and problems with my client, as well as providing good customer service and clear communication. Furthermore I understand what is necessary and how to work well with a team. As for my minor, it is relevant to the job because I learn about finance and investments as well as bonds and how to calculate the yield to maturity. I also learn about accounting as to how debit and credit works as some journal entries will be seen in the banking industry.
