During my time at Narcity, I spearheaded significant achievements such as doubling subscribers and achieving monetization on the Narcity Quebec YouTube channel within 2 years of its inception. Additionally, I led the development and production of an original long-form YouTube series that garnered over 100,000 views in its inaugural season. As part of my role, I managed and meticulously analyzed performance metrics for all Narcity Media's YouTube accounts, consistently optimizing strategies to enhance engagement and viewership. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in training colleagues on filming and editing tools and templates.

I am a versatile media professional with four years of experience in in the media industry.  I specialize in creating short and long-form video content for social media and editorial platforms. During my tenure at Narcity Media Group, I produced and edited lifestyle, travel, entertainment and news videos for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, in both French and English. I played a pivotal role in creating engaging content for a millennial and gen-z audience in the following topics: entertainment, news, travel, money and lifestyle. From scouting and booking interviews to reviewing the work of editors and creators, I managed the end-to-end video production process, from conceptualization to delivery. I spearheaded significant achievements, including doubling subscribers and achieving monetization on the Narcity Quebec YouTube channel. Additionally, I coordinated and edited interview videos with prominent companies like Netflix, Disney, and Marvel, many of which garnered hundreds of thousands to a million views. My proficiency in platforms such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop enables me to create compelling visual assets for maximum reach and engagement.

In my role as an Associate Editor at Narcity Media Group, I wrote and edited articles in French and English, covering various topics, leveraging SEO tactics and Google Trends to optimize content for web platforms. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in establishing and organizing the video library for the company's websites, developing visual and organizational templates. For example, I implemented a streamlined process for gathering and embedding videos and graphics into articles, resulting in improved user engagement and site traffic.

I hold a Diploma in Television Broadcasting from Algonquin College, where I gained comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in media production and communication. Throughout my studies, I immersed myself in various aspects of television broadcasting, including video production, editing techniques, storytelling principles, and content creation strategies. Moreover, I completed two internships during my schooling, which provided me with valuable hands-on experience and further honed my skills.

During my internship at Revolver Films in Toronto, I supported producers in the planning and pre-production phases of music videos and commercials. Additionally, I facilitated the delivery of administrative tasks, including expense reports and inventory management, contributing to the efficient operation of the office environment. I also acted as the office receptionist, handling calls, emails, and deliveries, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Furthermore, I assisted crew members, producers, and directors during shoots with various tasks, including catering, lighting, props, set decor, and more.

Similarly, during my internship at the Rogers Television Morning Show in Ottawa, I worked as an Audio Technician. My responsibilities included mixing and monitoring audio in real-time during live broadcasts to ensure clear and consistent sound quality. I collaborated closely with the director and producer to cue audio elements at appropriate times, such as introducing segments, playing commercials, or triggering sound effects. Additionally, I set up and tested microphones for hosts, guests, and performers, ensuring optimal audio performance throughout the broadcast.
