I am an enthusiastic Human Resource Management student looking to make a career in the field. I have a passion for helping people and resolving conflicts. I am experienced in dealing with people and have great interpersonal skills. My knowledge of the industry, combined with my strong communication skills, makes me an asset to any team. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Bachelors of Business Administration with major specialization in Human Resource Management from Ahmedabad University and currently pursuing my PGDM in Human Resources Management Georgian College, Canada and have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of the field. I have experience in employee relations, recruitment and selection, job analysis, and training and development. I am confident in my ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and clients. I am also familiar with the latest HR trends and regulations. In addition to my academic background, I have excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. I am comfortable working both independently and in a team. I am also highly motivated and take initiative. I am currently looking for a Human Resource Management position that will allow me to apply my skills and knowledge and make a positive contribution.

I have over two years of industry experience, working with both small businesses and corporate companies. I have worked as a recruitment specialist, helping to identify and attract the best talent, as well as an HR generalist, with experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. During my time in HR, I have been successful in developing innovative initiatives and building strong relationships with both employees and management. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and am highly organized and detail-oriented. I am eager to continue to develop my HR career and am confident that I can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any organization.
