With over 17 years of experience in the field of Cement and Concrete Sales and business development, my strengths lie in managing, retaining and growing key accounts for global brands and exceeding sales and revenue targets, whilst being a trusted advisor to customers. 

As a Sales professional, I have been involved in developing sales strategies and guiding teams to achieve revenues, whilst ensuring client’s needs are met. I have overseen operations of RMC plants, managing logistics, safety and commercial planning as well. I am an extrovert with excellent communication skills and have the maturity to deal with difficult situations and manage different stakeholders, ensuring the achievement of results in a collaborative way. In my professional life, I have trained teams to build their technical skills and more importantly behavioural competencies required to handle different situations. By education, I am an MBA, which has taught me to be a fast learner, to be able to read the room and adapt my style to suit the situation.  

Worked for over 17 years within the sales management functions - currently working for a parts manufacturing company based in the US. Prior to that I have 9 years of experience in Dubai and about 7 years of experience in India in cement, concrete and allied products
