am a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional with a diploma in Business General and hands-on experience supporting children’s development in educational and care settings. I have worked in customer-facing roles, including at Wendy’s, where I developed strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.I am currently pursuing opportunities as a Childcare Assistant or Early Learning Professional where I can contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. 

I have hands-on experience working with children in both educational and care settings, as well as a strong background in customer service and administrative support. My experience includes supervising children, assisting in early learning environments, and providing excellent service in fast-paced roles like food service. I also have foundational skills in bookkeeping and office administration through my business diploma and internship work, including knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage. I am reliable, adaptable, and committed to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for both children and clients.

I hold a 2-year diploma in Business General from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in April 2024. My studies included communication, human development, customer service, and office administration. This education supports my skills in both early childhood settings and administrative roles.
